HOW TO ORDER:
Non sale & clearance items can be purchased from our website www.sweetdesireclothing.net or Facebook.
All you need to do is send an inbox to our page or email to sweetdesireclothing@gmail.com with your order, and we can send you the payment details. For ordering, we require the names of the items, sizes, and what colour you would like the item in if applicable.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment can be made either by direct depositing into our account or with a credit card (via Paypal).
SHIPPING:
Sweet Desire Clothing is located in Melbourne, Australia and we ship worldwide. If you live overseas and would like a shipping quote, please let us know so we can find out for you :)
FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE. Items are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received, and it will take around 2 - 7 working days to arrive to you once posted.
There is also the option to pay an additional $5.00 for Express shipping, which will ensure the parcel arrives within 1 - 2 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: We can NOT guarantee shipping times! Once the parcels are posted, the arrival time is completely beyond our control. We are not responsible for any parcels lost in transit.
SIZING:
Most of our items are currently 'one size'. Our items are made using high quality fabrics which can be easily stretched, which allows for our items to have a best fit of a size 8 - 12.
We can not guarantee fit; It is simply impossible as everyone is different.
RETURNS:
We DO NOT refund unless item is faulty. We will only exchange or offer a store credit.
We must be contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of all returns and must include a pre-paid bag for us to return to you.
We must receive the items within 14 days of you contacting us.
We will not accept any returns due to change of mind, or exchanges on any sale items.
We ask that you please measure and choose carefully!
If an item is purchased and you no longer want it, you have our permission to use the photo to onsell.
COLOURS:
Colours may vary between different computer screens. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, we can not guarantee that the colour of our products will be EXACTLY the same as the photographs.
